The Shed Expert didn’t start in a boardroom.
It started on the lot.
From standing on the lot as a dealer, to riding the road as a sales rep, to managing hauling and manufacturing... we’ve seen it all. Across the board, we watched talented people run into the same roadblocks: outdated systems, unclear processes, and a complete lack of real support. Dealers were left to “figure it out,” while manufacturers crossed their fingers and hoped things would scale. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built it.
The Shed Expert was born from experience and frustration. Fueled by a deep desire to raise the bar. We designed the kind of platform we wish we had: one built on real-world strategy, simplified tools, and a community of people who actually care.
We believe every shed professional deserves to feel confident, supported, and equipped to grow. That’s why we don’t do fluff. We focus on what works: training that makes sense, systems that drive results, and insights that help you scale with clarity.
